Elementum ETCs
NTree helped to set up and took a lead role in structuring the Irish-domiciled Elementum Metals Securities plc programme that originally launched in 2020. The programme provides physically-backed exposure to uranium and copper using the Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) wrapper. NTree is responsible for product distribution. The programme is for institutional investors only.
Connect ETFs
NTree is the co-owner and distribution partner of the Irish-domiciled Connect ETFs platform, which launched in 2022. The platform provides a UCITS ETF solution for fund management groups looking to launch ETFs targeting professional investors into the European market.
UCITS ETF Distribution
NTree is involved in the distribution of UCITS ETFs on behalf of Boreas , Eurizon SLJ Capital, and Market Access.

Tim Harvey
CEO / Founder
Tim’s ETF distribution career started as Head of German sales at ETF Securities in January 2007. There, him and his team raised over $3bn in 3 years. He became ETFS’ head of European Sales in late 2009 and ultimately moved to New York in 2011 to help build institutional sales. In 2013 Tim joined Velocityshares looking after ETF sales and home office relationships before moving back to Europe in 2015. Prior to starting his ETF issuing career Tim worked in sales trading for numerous US investment houses specializing in US, European or Asian single stocks. Tim started NTree in March 2017 to help non-European based ETF asset managers access quality ETF distribution. In his spare time Tim volunteers in London with various church homeless kitchens.
Ashwin Tirodkar
COO
Ashwin has spent most of the past two decades working for either Goldman Sachs in Chicago and New York working on algorithmic and program trading as a strategist, or as a commodity trader for Unicredit in London. He managed Unicredit’s commodity structured product desk from 2012 to 2017. When not working with NTree, Ashwin spends his time gardening or solving sudokus and crossword puzzles!
Neil Jamieson
Business Development
Neil has been involved in the marketing and distribution of Exchange Traded Products since the listing of the first ETFs on the London Stock Exchange in 2000. He worked with comdirect and Selftrade, B2C investment platforms that championed ETFs, and subsequently at ETF Securities and GraniteShares. He has also worked on energy and economic policy issues at Chatham House, the International Energy Agency and OECD.
Sara Di Minni
Sara joined NTree in 2017, bringing experience in Marketing Strategies and Sales. Sara has been developing systems, marketing and sales strategies for more than 12 years and speaks Italian, English, Spanish, French and German. Prior to joining NTree, Sara was Marketing Coordinator at First Trust Global Portfolios. She has also had a variety of roles in multiple industries, from wine to oil. In her spare time, Sara is also a musician and an Inist Photographer. She uses her creative skills as a troubleshooting tool to find innovative solutions to real-world problems.
