Distribution
NTree provides ETF and ETC distribution services into the UK and Continental Europe. The team has extensive experience across different asset classes. Depending on client requirements, NTree can undertake a broad range of activities encompassing marketing campaigns, roadshows, bespoke events and PR. NTree distributes into EU countries through NTree Deutschland GmbH, which acts as a tied agent for the account and under the liability of AHP Capital Management GmbH.
Commodity ETC Structuring
The team has worked on commodity-related investment solutions for a number of years. At NTree, our main commodity-related project involved taking a lead in structuring a physically-backed metal ETC programme for Norilsk Nickel. The programme was developed intially as part of an initiative to tokenise metal and store metal-related carbon footprint data on the blockchain. Our ongoing work in the structuring of the Elementum Physical Metals ETC programme means that we have developed relationships with a network of professional service firms providing legal, audit, custody and administration services to the programme. Our work in securing access to metals and their storage means that we have a broad network of contacts across mining companies, trading firms and warehouses.
Capital Markets
We provide support to issuers to connect with and develop relationshps with liquidity providers active in European markets. This includes providing advice and reviewing documentation in the setting up of Authorised Participant (AP) agreements. Relationships with liquidity providers and APs are crucial elements in supporting the successful launch of ETFs and ETCs into the European market.
